I'm new to the sake world however not a stranger to it from my years in the USMC. I deeply enjoy the various profiles and hidden art in every bottle I experience. I look forward to 2014 and attending many tasting events.
Since there are no upscale sake locations in the NW MA area I will be hosting a tasting in May. I would like to know if that is to early to locate 2014 sake and if not what grades should I serve? There will be 8 people all of whom enjoy wine a lot and have had sake (table variety). Suggestions very welcome.
