Oze-no-Yukidoke is a well refined sake that is widely considered to be one of the finest sakes available. It is from Ryujin Shuzo in Gunma prefecture, Japan. There are only a handful of breweries left that continue the artisan methods of making sake, this includes Ryujin Shuzo.

Mr. Hideki Horikoshi, who is the Toji (head sake brewer) of Ryujin Shuzo, will be at SAKAYA in NYC to pour his signature sake, Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo as well as Ohkarakuchi Junmai.
