Toronto: Kampai Toronto Sake Festival

Kampai Toronto is the first-ever large-scale sake festival held in Downtown Toronto, the largest festival of its kind in Canada. â€˜Kampaiâ€™ is the Japanese word for â€˜Cheersâ€™. Kampai Toronto is organized by The Sake Institute of Ontario, a trade organization of Ontarioâ€™s sake importers, distributors, and manufacturers.
Tickets are limited to 350, so purchase yours online before the event sells out. Guests will have the opportunity to taste more than 100 sakes at Kampai Toronto, sourced from dozens of breweries from Japan, Canada and the U.S. Some of the products are or will be available at the LCBO, others will be unique to the event but available for purchase / order. Be assured that a diverse range of sake grades and styles will be made available by our numerous exhibitors.
Guests will have unlimited access to all sakes being poured for the duration of the Festival, subject to availability. Appetizer-styled food will also be available to guests at the Festival courtesy of our Partner Restaurants.
VIP Guests will be have the opportunity to attend the Festivalâ€™s one-hour Professional Sake Seminar and Structured Tasting, designed for Trade Professionals wishing to learn more about the history, production, grades, and styles of sake. The Seminar will be conducted by Michael Tremblay, Ontarioâ€™s first and only certified Advanced Sake Professional. VIP Guests will also have Early Access to the tasting floor, with an advanced 30 minutes of VIP-only tasting to enjoy! Limited availability, and online only, so purchase yours ASAP.
