The Gohan Society invites you to join us for a unique, cross-cultural culinary event!

A unique American menu will be paired with artisanal sake from five select breweries of the Northern Japanese prefecture of Akita, known for its rich culture, deep traditions, and natural beauty.

Six courses from the kitchen of RED ROOSTER HARLEM, celebrating the roots of American cuisine and the diverse culinary traditions of Harlem, will each be paired with sake from the five breweries of Akita Prefecture the comprise the ASPEC consortium.

Linda Noel Kawabata, Advanced Sake Specialist, and USA Brand Manager of ASPEC, a consortium of Akita sake brewers will be your guide to the joys and pleasures of experiencing artisanal sake in a contemporary American context.

A very limited number of seats are available for this unique and intimate experience.
