Aged in bottle for two years, this sake is a layered and elegant daiginjo
LaMonte Heflick – March 11, 2015:
Brewed by Akita Shuzo. This Daiginjo has a seimaibuai 精米歩合 of 38%. The nihonshudo 日本酒度 is +3.0. I found it to be slightly dry, flavorful with hints of fruit on the palate. Yamadanishiki, the most popular sake rice, contributes to its pure taste. This is a classy sake that can be enjoyed instead of wine at dinner. 乾杯
