    Daishichi Minowamon Junmai Daiginjo Kimoto is an exceptionally good sake. Yamadanishiki rice is polished to 55% 精米歩合 then painstakingly fermented using the labor intensive kimoto process.
    Worth even penny (or yen). This is a delightful sake presented in a beautiful 720ml bottle. Put this on the dinner table rather than wine. Sure to win over everyone. Kanpai 乾杯
