Light, balanced, clean and easy drinking, this sake is a star. It's wonderful for beginners to get into sake and fantastic for others to simply enjoy. There are wonderful fruits on the palate without coming off too sweet. Just fantastic.
This is a great sake. We had this when we ate Pork flavored ramen and it helped to cut through the rich broth. Went great with it.

This sake is wonderful! It is a great sipping sake that is refreshing and cool on the palate. Enjoy by it self or with light foods as you do not want to take away from its delicate dance on your tongue.
