This is the sake that STARTED IT ALL!! yes, this is the first premium sake I ever had. It pushed me over the edge into sake mania, so drink with caution. I have a real soft spot in my heart for this sake. It's a touch dry with tremendous balance and a crisp refreshing finish. not to be missed!
