15 East
I took Scott out for his birthday to a fantastic new sushi restaurant – 15 East. They have an amazing sake selection to boot. So, it turned out to be a treat for both of us. In this video I just wanted to give you a flavor of what we experienced. I also highlight some of the sakes they offer by the glass on their extensive sake list. If you’ve tried this place, please leave a comment and let me know what you thought of it.
15 East is not to be missed so cook up a special occasion and give it a try!

Fresh critters as garnish. Yum? We (your loyal readership) appreciate all the work you put into your blog and posts. I always enjoy them and learn something new. I am inspired to keep my own blog updated. (Glad to see you responded to my post from a YEAR AGO!) Here’s to continued success. (And I’ll be ordering a shirt this month!) Hugs, pog
Hi Tim! Now you know I always enjoy your posts. But I felt so bad for the little creature that was killed to be put on the table as garnish. I don’t think I could ever go to that restaurant.
But the sake looked good.

Tim,
I was just at 15 East a few weeks ago and had a great time.
You can tell Marco is passionate about his new Japanese eatery. He’s got an all-star cast with Shimizu behind the sushi bar, Asanuma in the kitchen and Ms. Kei on the floor.
Whether you are looking for sushi or japanese classics (with a slight twist), you can get ‘em all here at 15 East.
