There are about 50 Sake breweries in Aichi. 30 of them are open to public.
Mizutani shuzo will hold a sake making tour on 13th,14th,20th and 21st January 2018.
The staff will explain manufacturing process and show the tools of this factory which was built in Edo era.
Water from the Kiso3Rivers,fine rice from the Nobi Plain,the perfect weather(Ibuki-Oroshi: harshly cold wind from Mt.Ibuki)for sake brewing,and techniques and standards which strive to improve on traditional crafts all combine to make Aichi sake beverages which are loved by large numbers of people.

Paticipation fee: ￥1000（you can borrow work gloves)
Prohibited matter: Don’t eat Natto(fermented soybeans) and Yogurt from 3days before the tour. Natto and Yogurt disturb fermentation of Koji-mold(an aspergillus)
