Starting with tea at 10.15am, this special Koshu Edition sake masterclass has a particular focus on sake that has been aged, featuring both young and old aged sakes. The class will focus on the aging process and how to pair aged sakes with food, as well as covering sake production, history and culture. Guests will try a selection of different sakes, including a vintage sake, and the masterclass will include lunch. They will also receive a gift bag on departure, including a small bottle of sake and a traditional Japanese kikichoko ‘snake eye’ sake cup.
