This is an entry level Sake qualification which covers history, production process & culture of Sake.
The course offers a unique opportunity for enthusiasts to advance their understanding of Sake through basic theory & practical. Participants will get to try various styles of Sake & grasp the essense of Japan’s complex & enigmatic drink.
This course also helps trade professionals acquire basic Japanese Sake selection skills for retail shops and restaurants.
A certificate will be issued upon completion (no examination at this level).
Fee : SGD 280 (includes couse materials , food / sake pairing & certification)
Upon completion of Level 1, participants may choose to proceed on to the next level : Certified Sake Sommelier (Level 2)
