On Wednesday, January 24th we will host a $125 per person dinner, with two seatings – 6pm or 8:30pm. The 5-course menu includes ingredients used in sake production from Hakkaisan, each course perfectly paired with a different sake.
Timothy Sullivan, Hakkaisan Brand Ambassador, will be our co-host for the evening; speaking and answering all things Hakkaisan.
