Sake no Hana and Kubota sake brewery are hosting an exclusive sake dinner on Wednesday 11th July.
Join the brewers from Kubota as they guide you through the tasting of four premium sakes including Kubota Tsugu, with aromatic flavours of apple, pineapple and vanilla; Kubota Manju, with a smooth and silky texture and flavours of vanilla, caramelised banana and rose petal notes. The sakes will be expertly paired with contemporary Japanese dishes created by Head Chef Hideki Hiwatashi.
The Kubota sake brewery is located in the heart of Niigata, one of Japan’s superior rice-growing regions. With an abundance of natural beauty and heavy snowfall, this region on the Sea of Japan’s coastline offers ideal conditions for rice cultivation and a plentiful of clean water. Kubota sake uses Nilgata Prefecture’s choicest brand of brewing rice, Gohyaku Mangoku, along with carefully selected Nilgata rice grains, to create the perfect cup of sake: flavourful with a crisp, clean finish.
