Artisan Sakes Fermented Exclusively with Flower Yeast During Multi-Course Paired Dinner
Beginning at 6:30 p.m., Sake Sommelier and Co-Owner Iori Kataoka will welcome Mariko Tajiri, National Brand Manager for That’s Life Gourmet, and Amabuki Sake Brewery from Saga prefecture in Japan for a dining experience that will showcase Amabuki’s modern yeast sake selections.
Sakes are be paired with an eight-course feast featuring Chef/Co-Owner Masahiro Omori’s signature interpretation of traditional Japanese cuisine.
