Join us at The Periodic Table on Saturday 12.02 for an in-depth sake experience. We’ll drink our way through a series of five sakes, accompanied by a curated food pairing, featuring cheese, pickles, and small plates by Chef Danny Keiser. While you’re drinking, the owners, Jake Freed and Hiroko Nakamura of Shiba Ramen, will give a short talk about the basics of sake and how to approach sake as a casual drinker. Attendees will take home a bottle of sake, selected from among the products featured in the tasting. We will close off the bar to the public for the duration of our event, and seating is limited to 15.
