“Tiger under The Yuzu Tree”
From ancient times the residents of Kochi Prefecture – Japan are said to have looked out on that great body of water of the Pacific Ocean and thought about other lands and the future. Surely the sake brewers of Kochi long ago similarly thought about how far their sake might go. Kochi (Tosa) sake, typically light and dry, is well appreciated across Japan, overseas
. . . and also made it to outer space.“Tiger under the Yuzu Tree” is set bring out the sunny flavours of Kochi Prefecture in form of Yuzu fruit’s refreshing & zesty inspiration, reminiscent of the passing Summer, beautifully preserved in the glass of chilled sake.
“Akitora”- sake produced by Arimitsu Sho, whose endless passion results in the exquisite quality of flavour, adopted an image of a Tiger as a perfect representation of the producer’s charisma and brewing philosophy. Minami and Bijofu are two more artisan labels, which flavours & craftsmanship we will share under the Yuzu Tree.
