We know how delicious Nanbu Bijin sake is, but have you ever wondered why their sake is so good? Maybe it’s because of the rice, or water or yeast? What is the difference between their sake and others brands? How do they maintain the quality that allows them to be an award winning sake brewery. Well this is your chance to meet and ask the master brewers “Toji” Matsumori san and Tamakawa san!
This event could be our most exciting workshop that Sake Discoveries has coordinated. We’ll have competition Daiginjo, 10 years aged Daiginjo (about $1300 in NY), All Koji vintages all while pairing luxurious ingredients from Urbani Truffles prepared by Aki Iwaki the former executive chef from Bohemian NY.
Guests who join will also receive a certificate that promises guests an exclusive bottle brewed by the Nanbu Bijin Toji’s and Brooklyn Kura at a later date. Limited to just 15 people. Don’t miss out!
