Our Sake 101 course led by experts Ty Fujimura (Owner, Fujimura Hospitality) and Tona Palomino (Sake Portfolio Manager, Tenzing) includes the opportunity to try 5 different sakes and learn how to order sake with confidence and pair with food. In addition to how to make an informed choice when presented with a sake menu, you’ll also learn more about the history and brewing process, as well as styles and flavor profiles. Though small bites will be included, we would love for you to join us for dinner after the class, and if you do, dessert’s on us! *Must be 21 years of age to attend this class.
