Executive Chef Miguel Choy, who was born in Peru, combined Japanese and Latin American ingredients to create Wasabiâ€™s fabulous signature dishes. Begin by sipping on green apple and mango saketinis, and then sit down and relax while chefâ€™s delicious creations for the evening parade before you for your choosing. The owner, Bo Davis, has carefully selected 3 excellent sakes and a plum wine to pair with your meal.
