Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
You must be 21+ to participate in beer and sake tasting. Don’t forget your ID!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Here are several choices. If driving, we recommend arriving early to allow time for valet / finding a parking spot.
    1. Parking at the Hotel
The hotel has valet parking only, but we have an event discount for you. Simply mention to the valet that you are attending the Japanese Food Festival. Instead of the usual $45, you will be able to park for $22 while spots remain.
    2. Parking Alternatives
Across the street there is an Ernst & Young parking lot. If you are also shopping in the Target Mall, you can get validation from the mall.
    3. LA Metro
The 7th Street / Metro Center Station is a 2-min walk away and accessible via the Purple, Red, Blue, and Metro Expo Lines.
What can I bring into the event?
Everyone is welcome! Photography is encouraged. Please be sure to use #japanesefoodfestival2018 on your social media posts.
    What’s the refund policy?
    Sorry, tickets are non-refundable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Admission requires verification of your confirmation code/barcode which will be emailed to you upon purchase. You can bring your phone/device showing this code, or bring a printout, whichever you prefer. If you are buying tickets for multiple people, please keep in mind each of them will need to check in.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
