Spring is in the air and with nature’s early signs of the season beginning to make their appearance, sake enthusiasts are excited about the arrival of this year’s Masumi Arabashiri Junmai Ginjo from Nagano prefecture’s Miyasaka Brewery.
Arabashiri or “first run” sake is a seasonal unpasteurized sake that is bottled without aging and released in the early Spring. Once you’ve tasted it you’ll always remember its exuberant, vividly fresh flavor….which is why we’ll have Mr. Naotaka Miyasaka, the brewery owner and his Director of International Sales here pouring it for you to kick off its debut week in NYC.
