Description

This is an award winning, ultra premium sake from Kanagawa’s Koganei Shuzo called “Sakarimasu” Daiginjo.  It’s a textbook example of a fruity and fragrant daiginjo. The aroma has hints of mango and melon.  The texture is silky smooth.  The brewery’s toji is from the Echigo Toji school and this expresses itself in the overall clean style – not too weighty or rich.  A delicious sake!
