Fruity, light and easy to drink. everything you’d expect from a fruity Yamagata gem of a sake.
This delicious sake is produced in collaboration with the french rock band Phoenix. The Band’s guitarist learned about sake in Paris from the late Toshiro Kuroda, a sake advocate working to promote sake in France. This sake is dedicated to his memory and a portion of sales from the sake will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society to support the progression of medical technology.
