Aged for three years at low temperature, this is a fully handmade labor-of-love sake with a sophisticated taste to prove it. Smooth beyond belief, elegant with a essence that seems to literally float on the palate. Best I can describe it is drinking clouds made of sake. An outstanding achievement.
