She’s baaaaack!
We’re thrilled that Columbia Distributing’s “Saké Lady,” Hideyo Seek, will be gracing us with her presence on Thursday, July 30 @ 5-7 p.m.

Hideyo will be helping us pour 3 recent additions to the Columbia portfolio, including:

Yuho Junmai (Ishikawa): We’ll be breaking out the kansuke (saké warmer) for this one to illustrate how delicious it is at a couple different serving temperatures. (pictured at left)

Ichishima Junmai (Niigata): A recent gold medal-winner from a region known for great saké.

Taiheikai Nama Nigori Genshu (Ibaraki): An unpasteurized, undiluted, cloudy saké. Not your typical nigori, by any stretch of the imagination!

As is our custom, the $5/person tasting fee will be waived with any purchase from the shop, and all 8 selections from the week’s glass pour menu will also be offered for your gustatory consideration.
