This sake is made using the "drip" method, but not only that, they do so in an ice dome igloo to keep a constant temperature and humidity. Whatever they do with the process, it works. this sake is super smooth with light melon and pear peel on the palate. aromatic and lovely. Divine, indeed! can I get an Amen?!
