Clean, clean, clean! This is a textbook example of an SMV ±0 sake. light fruits and light bodied on the palate. a joy to drink. also this is an affordable, but excellent choice in the world of Junmai Daiginjo.

I remember drinking this in San Francisco, it was probably one of the best sake i’ve ever sipped on, especially for the price it was going for.
i was wondering if anyone out there can help me out where to buy and find this sake in minnesota either online or any other possible form. I’ve ask pratically all the sushi restaurant in MN about it, and either they’ve never heard of it or is reluctant (AZIA sushi ) to comment on where to buy it. Please someone help, sober in MINNESOTA
Hi Francis!
I believe you can mail order wakatake from Sakaya here in NYC.

You can pick it up at Surdyk’s in Minneapolis, I believe that is the only liquor store in the state that has it.
