Live From Japan, Niizawa Sake Brewery Tour

We are excited to introduce you to the stories and people behind our favorite artisanal Japanese beverages. Join Jamie Graves of Skurnik Wines & Spirits as he hosts this week’s  session.

We’ll enjoy a rare chance to look inside one of the leading sake makers in the world! We’ll be streaming a live tour of Niizawa Brewery, and meet Iwao Niizawa and the energetic award winning young team he has put together. In addition to crafting Hakurakusei, the “ultimate food sake” served at Japan’s best restaurants, they pioneered the highly polished “Zankyo Super 7” sake made from rice at just 7% of its original size.   You won’t want to miss the opportunity.
