Event Highlights:

Premium Sake Tasting: Taste sake from dozens of breweries from all over Japan. The SAKE will be flowing and featured brands and varieties being poured will change at 7pm~

Interactive Brewery Tour!

Join us for a “taste along” brewery tour! Join a walk through of our brewery and taste each step along the sake brewing process:

• Taste steamed sake rice at our Koshiki rice steamers
• Taste koji rice outside our koji room
• Taste moromi sake mash in our fermentation room
• Taste kasu “Sake Lees” in our sake pressing room
• Finish the tour with a freshly pressed Shiboritate Brooklyn Kura sake!

Shizuku Drip!

Taste the absolutely freshest sake on the planet: our shizuku sake drip! Only used on special occasions, this sake pressing method is reserved for the finest and most rare sake! taste this at our event!

Culinary Delights: 

Food will be available for purchase from an array of pop up vendors! we’re planning oysters, ramen, onigiri and other food!
