2015 Vintage. Extreme-aged, fully unpasteurized Nama sake. the brewery’s motto is “from our own fields to the bottle”. Notes of parmesan cracker and dairy. deep lactic notes and a gently aged aroma. Highly recommended to be served warm. When warmed, this sake becomes lighter in aroma and smoother overall.
