Description

This premium sparking sake uses an in-bottle fermentation to achieve a natural CO2 sparkle. We could consider this a a sake variant of the “champange method”. After pressure is achieved, the bottles are inverted over time to collect the yeast in the neck of the bottle, then the bottles are quickly disgorged and resealed to make a clear and sparkling final product. The taste is very lightly sweet up front with a crisp and dry finish. You can enjoy this sake with any foods or at any event where you would serve a sparkling wine. The quality is outstanding and I can think of nothing better to drink when I have something to celebrate (or when I christen my next yacht).
