Kamonishiki Shiboritate “sonomama” Muroka Ginjo

Kamonishiki is a Niigata sake brewery that specializes in small batch production with outstanding handcrafted packaging, too. Lots of tags and labels that are stamped by hand. This sake is fruity with light melon on the palate. It has a soft aroma yet lingering finish. Delicious and easy drinking. Not crisp, but more fruit forward. “Sonomama” in Japanese kind of means “as is” or “keep it the way it is”.
