NYC: Union Square Wines Sake Showcase

USQ is pleased to announce our first sake tasting of 2010! The Sake Showcase will highlight an array Japan’s finest sakes from honjozo to happo, nama to nigori, genshu to ginjo, and beyond! Look forward to spiritual sips from the Yamagata, Nagano, Akita, and Hiroshima prefectures as JFC-Jizake Imports and World Sake Imports join us to demystify this rather mystic process of sake brewing!
