Mokkiri over-poured sake service style

Mokkiri is a style of sake service where the sake glass is overflowed into a masu or shallow dish. This overflow is meant to symbolize generosity from the host. Giving you more than you paid for. This style is commonly seen in Izakaya (sake pub) style restaurants.
