Description

This brewery is in Tochigi however the rice used for this particular sake is Yamadanishiki sake rice harvested in the “Premium A” area of the Yokawa region in Hyogo Prefecture. The aroma reminds me of a gentle potpourri. The body is soft with hints of very gentle rice flavors, too.
