Itto Daru | 一斗樽

One “TO” Barrel

The “TO” (pronounced “toe” like the toe on your foot) is a measurement of sake volume equal to 18 Liters. Sake can be held in a “Tobin”, 18 Liter glass bottle, or an “Itto Daru” – a one “to” Sake Barrel (Taru/Daru)
