Tobin | 斗瓶

A tobin being filled with sake.

An 18 liter glass bottle used to hold sake. Tobins are often used to collect sake directly from the sake press. Tobins can also be used to age or store sake as well. The “to” is a measurment of sake volume equal to 18 Liters while “bin” means bottle.
