Meet the Brewers: Sake Class and Brewery Tour

Meet the Brewers brings together sake makers from three breweries for one evening of tasting and storytelling, including a U.S. debut. Tenzan Brewery’s President Kensuke Shichida will pour Shichida Junmai “Shunyo,” making its first U.S. appearance at this event. Tsuji Honten’s President Soichiro Tsuji will pour Gozenshu 1859, and Brooklyn Kura co-founder and Master Brewer Brandon Doughan will pour Blue Door Junmai. Each will share the story of their brand and home region, and guide guests through the tasting, including a close look at the rice behind each bottle.
